Spotless and trendy room with very good amenities and high speed WiFi, as for instance, great value.

Clean, tidy, staff is above praise... Center. Location is chic... rooms are very quiet, despite the noise outside. Comfortable beds, bathroom. towels are changed every day... Bathrobes, slippers.

A quick and honest take
This hotel perfectly blends modern comforts and a central location. The staff were pretty good too. I particularly enjoyed the extensive breakfast selection. Still, a solid choice for city exploration!

Location, price and comfort were above average. The staff were really friendly and helpful. . They do try to be as helpful as possible. The location was ok, only a short walk to Gran Via. Not the best street with construction...

The room was all set with our daughters bed. It was clean and a great set-up for us as a family with young children
Wifi was spotty. It was quite pretty noisy outside the second night and we were on the first floor. Generally speaking, I liked the hotel enough to stay again, but on a higher floor and not on the end where the wifi was spotty.

like most large terrace in a room on the 6th floor (to us for a small Supplement), which offers magnificent views over Madrid. The number itself is also a very decent

Huge & clean hotel, great service, marvellous and beautiful location close to all the major areas of Madrid. New-fashioned and silent room with comfy bed, also great value.

The bedroom had a decent size. Free wifi was OK. Ideal location for visiting the city. Very friendly staff. It was nice to offer us a cup of hot chocolate when we arrived.
Wifi inside the bedroom did not seem to work all the time.
